JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Install, inspect, maintain, and repair commercial irrigation systems for parks, athletic fields, medians, rights-of-way, and municipal facilities. * Troubleshoot irrigation controllers, valves, sprinkler heads, pumps, wiring, and related components. * Program and adjust irrigation timers and smart irrigation systems to maximize efficiency and water conservation. * Perform routine system inspections to identify leaks, damaged equipment, and coverage deficiencies. * Respond to work orders, service requests, and emergency irrigation repairs in a timely manner. * Read and interpret irrigation plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. * Operate hand tools, trenchers, pipe cutters, and light equipment associated with irrigation maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities. * Assist with grounds maintenance and landscaping activities as needed. * Follow all City safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations. * Participate in em...
