Experienced Production Arborist

Description: Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute pruning and tree work on client properties across the Kansas City metro, including tree pruning and removal, shrub pruning, mulch installation, and stump grinding
• Take initiative and ownership of daily routes, equipment, and quality of work
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also working independently with efficiency
• Operate small-engine equipment safely and proficiently, including chainsaws, shears, and string trimmers
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding service expectations, processes, and timelines
• Adhere to all safety protocols while working aloft and on the ground

Requirements
