What You’ll Be Doing

• Applying weed control and fertilization treatments to residential and commercial lawns.
• Mixing and applying both liquid and granular products.
• Identifying lawn and shrub diseases, insect activity, and other issues.
• Conducting lawn evaluations and providing estimates for services.

What to Expect

• This is an outdoor position – you’ll be working through HOT Texas summers and COLD winters.
• You’ll receive hands-on training from experienced team members who are invested in your success.
• You’ll be supported every step of the way as you learn and grow into running your own route.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to doing the job right.
• References and previous employment will be checked.

Pay & Benefits

• Currently hiring experienced tech: $21-23 per hour plus overtime based on experience, opportunity for sales and advancement into pest control technician. Open to training the right candidate.
• Earning potential: $48,000–$70,000/year as you gain skills and independence.
