Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing. This role requires a strong understanding of landscape care. Excellent work ethic can make up for inexperience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Assist other crew members in hand raking and compacting bunkers for daily play
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas.
• Irrigate as needed to promote healthy growth.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform minor repairs when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
• Familiarity with the operation of power tools and hand tools related to landscaping.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
