All Green Lawn Care is a growing lawn fertilization and weed control company seeking driven Sales Representatives to generate new residential business.

This is a phone-focused sales role with some customer home visits and door-knocking. There is strong earning potential for goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a performance environment.

As an All Green Sales Representative, you will prospect homeowners, educate them on our lawn care programs, and close seasonal service packages over the phone and in person. Your primary focus will be outbound cold calls, lead follow-up, running quality inspections, and re-engaging past customers.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to homeowners
• Follow up on marketing leads and online inquiries
• Re-engage past customers and unsold estimates
• Perform quality inspections at our customer's homes and upsell while there
• Educate homeowners on lawn health, fertilization, and weed control programs
• Present pricing and close service agreements over the phone
• Accurately document call activity, notes, and sales in CRM
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Lawn Care Sales experience
• Inside sales or call center experience preferred (home services experience a plus)
• Strong phone presence and objection-handling skills
• Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM comfort
• Ability to work flexible hours during peak sales seasons
