Experienced Landscaper / Crew Leader

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you’ll oversee day-to-day landscape operations, ensuring every project meets our high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. From installations and cleanups to maintenance and design execution, you’ll lead by example, inspiring your crew to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on residential and commercial projects
• Perform and oversee installation, clean-up, and maintenance work
• Plan and install plant layouts, including selecting appropriate materials, design coordination, and execution
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure job sites are completed on time and to quality standards
• Communicate clearly with team members and management
• Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors
• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience
• (installation, maintenance, or related work)
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing or training a team
• Strong knowledge of plant installation and basic landscape design
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of Florida landscaping materials, plants, and best practices is a plus
