Duties

• Manage and coordinate landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Supervise and lead field crews, providing guidance on technical tasks such as construction, pruning, planting, irrigation installation, and general maintenance
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored landscape solutions
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and environmental standards
• Assist with estimating project costs, preparing proposals, estimates and invoices while managing labor and material budgets to ensure profitability
• Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and sustainable landscaping methods to innovate service offerings

Skills

• Bi-Lingual, fluent with both English and Spanish is a must!
• Extensive knowledge of Quickbooks / Google Spreadsheets / Calendar and other scheduling / email computer software
• Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, tree care, irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and general landscape management
