is seeking experienced, dependable Landscape Maintenance members to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in producing high-quality work, and are looking for a company that values hard work and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Perform commercial and residential lawn mowing
Operate string trimmers (weed whackers), backpack blowers, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Complete spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, edging, pruning, and debris removal
Mulch landscape beds and perform general property maintenance
Assist with shrub trimming and landscape maintenance projects
Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe working condition
Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
Participate in winter snow removal operations, including plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and ice management as needed
Work safely in all weather conditions while following company safety procedures

Requirements

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
Previous landscape maintenance experience (required)
Experience with:
Mowing (commercial & residential)
Weed whacking/string trimming
Spring and fall cleanups
Winter snow removal
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak seasons
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
