Experienced Landscape Maintenance Members (Valid Driver's License Required)

is seeking experienced, dependable Landscape Maintenance members to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in producing high-quality work, and are looking for a company that values hard work and reliability, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial and residential lawn mowing
• Operate string trimmers (weed whackers), backpack blowers, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete spring and fall cleanups, including leaf removal, edging, pruning, and debris removal
• Mulch landscape beds and perform general property maintenance
• Assist with shrub trimming and landscape maintenance projects
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe working condition
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally
• Participate in winter snow removal operations, including plowing, shoveling, snow blowing, and ice management as needed
• Work safely in all weather conditions while following company safety procedures

Requirements

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Previous landscape maintenance experience (required)
• Experience with:
• Mowing (commercial & residential)
• Weed whacking/string trimming
• Spring and fall cleanups
• Winter snow removal
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak seasons
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving trucks with trailers
• Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Experience with skid steers or other compact equipment is a plus
