Custodian/Groundskeeper

Help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a great entry-level opportunity with hands-on experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping.

Essential Functions

• Complete daily tasks and property walks with guidance from the Community Manager
• Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and free of debris
• Assist with basic cleaning, light maintenance, and preparing units for new residents

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Basic communication skills (phone, email, or apps)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work in a variety of conditions
