The Irrigation Crew Member is essential in the Landscape Season, along with other duties in Snow & Ice Management services. This position requires a passionate individual who can achieve excellence, by delivering exceptional results. The Irrigation Crew Member is key to ensuring our projects meet or exceed client expectations by working and assisting with all assigned tasks. This position is physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Irrigation Skills: work with Field Manager in execution of irrigation projects; for installation and ongoing maintenance. Equipment Knowledge: some irrigation equipment knowledge on all types of equipment used to complete all projects. Needs a general knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancement, and construction group assignment and equipment. Additional experience with driving commercial vehicles and various trailers, and more. Installation and Repair: activity involved in installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems, including underground pipes, sprinkler heads, controllers, and other components. Plus, plumbing and electrical connections. Troubleshoot and Problem-Solving: assist with diagnosing and resolving issues with irrigation systems, ensuring proper water distribution and efficient operations. Recording Keeping, Budget, and Inventory: help maintain detailed records of work performed, including hours worked, materials used, and maintenance activities. Time Recording: adhere to time clock procedures, safety rules and regulations, equipment operation, equipment maintenance and proper landscape procedures in accordance with company training procedures. Training: ability to grow within the company, attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and training sessions as required. Ensure all new hires are fully trained within RM guidelines.
