Job Summary

The Crew Leader will operate Medium-Duty Trucks and trailers, commercial mowers and landscaping equipment, snowplows, salters, and large construction equipment including loaders and skid steers to clear snow. The crew leader will be responsible for training and overseeing 2-4 additional crew members and performing landscaping maintenance, lawn care, pruning, mulching, cleanups, planting, snow removal, and salting for a scheduled route. Work will involve operating the truck and trailer to scheduled stops and mowing grass, weed abatement, pruning plants, and trees, cleanup of the grounds including blowing off parking lots, hardscapes, and sidewalk areas, and picking up all trash on the property.
