Crew Leader, Landscape

Overview

Hedges & Edges Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our growing team serving Buckhead, Brookhaven, Sandy Springs, Midtown, and surrounding Atlanta neighborhoods.

We specialize in HIGH-END residential landscape maintenance and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 2-man landscape maintenance crew
• Load and inspect truck, trailer, and equipment each morning
• Ensure all properties are completed to company standards
• Mow, edge, trim, prune, weed, deadhead flowers and maintain landscape beds
• Communicate professionally with clients when needed
• Complete daily route efficiently and report any issues immediately
• Ensure trucks, trailers and equipment are secured at the end of each day
• Train and guide crew members to company standards

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years landscape maintenance experience
• Previous crew leader experience
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Ability to drive truck and trailer
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work outdoors in Georgia weather
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to lift 50 + pounds

This is not a commercial landscaping position. We maintain high-end residential properties where attention to detail matters.

Compensation

• Full time, year round position
