Job Title: Hardscaping Foreman

Job Type: Full-Time About Us: We’re a growing outdoor construction company that builds patios, retaining walls, turf, fire features, and full outdoor living spaces. We take pride in doing high-quality work and want a foreman who shares that same standard. Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced Hardscaping Foreman to lead a crew on residential and commercial hardscape projects. You’ll be responsible for keeping jobs on track, managing materials and equipment, and working hands-on with the team. Responsibilities: Lead crew in building patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more Read and follow project plans Operate or oversee equipment (skid steers, mini-ex, saws, compactors, etc.) Keep jobsites clean, safe, and on schedule Train and manage crew members Communicate clearly with clients and management Track hours, materials, and daily progress Requirements: 2+ years of hardscape experience (pavers, walls, grading, drainage, etc.) Leadership experience on construction job sites Valid driver’s license Able to lift 50–80 lbs and work outside in all weather Good communication and problem-solving skills Equipment experience a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Full-time, steady work Growth opportunities Friendly, professional crew Company tools and safety gear provided P
