Duties

• Lead daily on-site construction activities, supervising subcontractors, tradespeople, and vendors to ensure work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Plangrid or similar construction management software to meet deadlines and milestones
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial targets
• Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and clarify project requirements
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards (OSHA), building codes, and project specifications
• Manage contract compliance by reviewing contracts, change orders, and scope of work with crews and general contractors.
• Oversee safety protocols on-site by enforcing OSHA regulations and conducting safety meetings to promote a safe working environment
• Utilize construction estimating tools like plan grid and procore for resource planning and procurement coordination
• Read and interpret technical schematics and construction plans accurately for effective execution
