The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our commercial maintenance portfolio. This is relationship-driven commercial sales - long cycles, portfolio-level clients, real decision-makers. You'll have an established operation behind you: experienced crews, dedicated Account Managers, and fast estimating support. You open the doors and win the work. We deliver it.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with commercial property managers, HOA managers, facility managers, and developers across DFW.
Generate and manage your own pipeline from first contact through signed contract.
Attend networking events, property walks, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations.
Work with Account Managers and Operations to scope and price work that's set up to succeed.
Sell maintenance contracts along with enhancements, irrigation programs, seasonal color, and chemical applications.
Keep your pipeline current in our CRM.

What You Bring

3+ years selling commercial landscape property maintenance or other recurring commercial services (janitorial, pest, facility services).
An established network of commercial property decision-makers in DFW - and the ability to demonstrate it.
Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, and committee-based buying decisions.
A disciplined personal prospecting and follow-up system.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
