The Details

• Schedule: Full-time, typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Availability: Must be willing to work some weekends or emergency service calls as needed.
• Location: Covering properties across Midland and Odessa, TX.

Responsibilities

• Irrigation Management & Installation: Layout, design, install, and modify irrigation systems, components, and smart controllers to ensure optimal watering efficiency.
• System Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex commercial and residential irrigation issues, including main lines, lateral lines, valves, wiring, and backflow assemblies.
• Water Conservation & Programming: Program smart controllers and weather-based systems to maximize turf health while conserving water in strict accordance with Midland and Odessa local drought restrictions.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate trenchers, boring equipment, hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic machinery required for irrigation projects.
• Compliance & Documentation: Maintain detailed service logs, map system layouts, and ensure all work strictly adheres to TCEQ regulations and city codes.
