#### Commercial Landscape Foreman

Reports To Project Manager

#### Position Overview

The Commercial Landscape Foreman serves as the on-site leader for assigned crews and is responsible for coordinating daily field operations while actively working alongside the team. This role ensures that commercial landscape services are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with CLM quality standards, operational systems, and project requirements. The Foreman translates project direction into consistent field execution while maintaining accountability across the crew.

#### Core Results & Accountability

The Commercial Landscape Foreman is accountable for the following outcomes

• Leading crew members in the execution of daily landscape operations
• Ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to established quality standards
• Supporting Project Managers through accurate communication, documentation, and job progress updates
• Maintaining job sites that reflect CLM standards for safety, organization, and professionalism

#### Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned crew members while actively participating in daily field work
• Communicate daily task assignments, priorities, and expectations clearly to the crew
