– a Campspot Award Winner for "Top Small Campgrounds in the US" – is looking for a Grounds Team Member / Camp Host to join our team in Jonesville, North Carolina.

Job Overview

We’re seeking a positive, professional, and energetic "Jack of All Trades" to help maintain our park while creating a welcoming experience for guests. This seasonal position (March-December) is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, interacting with people, and handling a variety of hands-on tasks.

Duties Include

• Lawn care, landscaping, and site maintenance (requires physical work, especially in warmer months)
• Cleaning small bathhouse and campsites
• Trash pickup and light grounds cleanup (sticks, leaves, etc.)
• Delivering firewood and ice to guests
• Basic handyman tasks, general repairs, and property upkeep
• Engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in landscaping, handyman work, and general maintenance
• Comfortable with physically demanding outdoor work, especially in summer months
• A positive, professional, and energetic attitude
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Experience in the RV/camping industry is a plus but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment

Schedule & Hours

The schedule follows a two-week rotation with every other Thursday-Sunday off:

• Week 1: Monday (9-5), Off Tuesday/Wednesday, Thursday-Saturday (9-6)
• Week 2: Sunday (9-5), Off Monday, Tuesday (9-5), Wednesday (9-5), Off Thursday-Sunday
