Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician

FULL-TIME BUILDING & GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TEAM MEMBERS ARE NEEDED NOW

A love for working outdoors and exhibiting a positive daily attitude is a must.

Responsibilities include

· Maintain a clean appearance along the common areas and along roadways & sidewalks.

· Maintenance of roads, bike paths, irrigation systems.

· Meeting room setups.

· Event set up and break down.

· Landscape work to include weed control, trimming of trees and shrubs, planting and

maintenance and other duties.

· Stormwater repairs to include washouts, ditch flow-ways, and stormwater structures.

· Lake and wetland work, including manual removal of plant material and debris.

· Miscellaneous other duties, as needed, including painting, fence repairs, sign repairs,

office repairs, general mechanical, light carpentry, light electrical, plumbing & painting.

· Identify and report the need for major repairs

Surveying, Kubota operation, lift operation, landscaping (not mowing) or carpentry experience, irrigation experience with multiple clocks and pumps is a plus.

This is an outside job about 90% of the time.
