Branch Administrator - Landscape Construction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial landscape construction, commercial construction, or another project-based construction environment.
• Experience with Aspire, Procore, or similar ERP and project management software.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts, purchase orders, change orders, project billing, and job cost accounting.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in construction or a related industry.
• Experience supporting project managers, purchasing, subcontractor administration, project accounting, payroll, or contract administration strongly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
• Ability to move throughout office, warehouse, and construction branch facilities.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and public agencies.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
