Boat Rental Attendant & Groundskeeper

We are a full service small motel looking for someone to help with boat rentals, gassing boats, grounds keeping and general maintenance.

The position is available immediately.

Boat Rental responsibilities: Take reservations for walk ins, fuel boats, keep boats tidy, help get lifejackets out and ready for passengers. Run through safety procedures and how to use the boat with the renter. When they return from their rental - gas up the boat again and charge them for the gas they used. Boating customers will often tip the attendant

Grounds keeping responsibilities - mowing, trimming, general landscaping

General maintenance - general help fixing miscellaneous things around the motel, tiki bar & property as skill set allows.

Full time position may be any combo of above jobs depending on skill set. Pay commensurate with experience. This is typically a seasonal position April through November depending on skills. If you have general contracting experience there may be more work available over the winter as well. Willing to train the right person and/or negotiate pay if experienced and can work independently.
