Bilingual Lawn Care Team Lead, Performance Pay

About the Job

We are a growing lawn care company in Taylor. We need a Team Lead to run one of our trucks. You will lead one crew member, follow your route, and keep jobs on time. We pay our best people well.

This is hard work. You will be outside all day in the Texas heat. You will move fast and keep moving. If you like easy days, this is not the job. If you want to earn more by working hard, keep reading.

What You Earn

• $18 per hour while we train you
• $22 to $25 per hour once you work at our pace
• $75 extra each week when your crew hits its goals
• Most leads take home $840 to $1,035 a week at 40 hours
• The faster and cleaner you work, the more you make

Your Hours

• Monday to Thursday
• 10 hour days
• 36 to 40 hours a week
• We only work Friday if we fall behind from rain
• We never work Sundays

What You Will Do

• Lead and work next to one crew member
• Mow, edge, and clean yards
• Drive a company truck
• Follow your route on a tablet
• Hit your time goals on each job
• Keep your tools clean and counted
• Talk with the office and your crew in English and Spanish

What You Need

• Speak English and Spanish well
• A Texas driver license with a clean record
• 18 or older
• A year of lawn or yard work is a plus
• Your own ride to our Taylor shop
• Okay working full days outside in the heat
• Able to lift 50 pounds
