Arborist Salesperson

JOB DESCRIPTION

K&J Tree Service is seeking a positive, outgoing, and knowledgeable Arborist Salesperson to join our team. Unlike traditional arboriculture sales roles, our sales team benefits from a robust marketing budget and dedicated office staff who provide a daily schedule of qualified leads, allowing you to focus solely on what you do best—assessing tree projects and building relationships with clients. This position offers a company vehicle, administrative support, and bonus opportunities for exceptional performance. The Arborist Salesperson will meet with residential and commercial property owners to evaluate their tree care needs, provide estimates, and recommend tailored solutions. We prioritize personality and sales acumen, valuing candidates who can confidently educate clients, close deals, and represent the high standards of K&J Tree Service. Our robust support system ensures you have the resources needed to succeed without the burden of prospecting.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• The employee will be paid $ 30-45 per hour (based on experience and skill set).
• Performance-based bonus opportunities.

• Paid time off—90-day probation period.
• The employee can enter our company retirement program with a 3% company match—90-day probation period.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
• Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (available for extra compensation).
• *Note: Schedule flexibility is required to cover shifts during staff absences. In the event of a natural disaster, extended hours may be necessary.*
