Account Manager – Landscape Services

Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention. * Lead contract renewal processes, including pricing reviews and value-based discussions, to reinforce the benefits of company services. * Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in landscape enhancements, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest control to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. * Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews with clients to assess service quality, address concerns, and discuss property needs. * Respond promptly and effectively to client requests, issues, and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service. * Perform property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and curb appeal, coordinating with Operations to address any corrective actions. * Manage budgets, job costs, and gross margin targets for assigned accounts, reviewing financial reports and adjusting as needed to maintain profitability. * Lead the sales and management of enhancement projects from proposal through completion, preparing accurate estimates and persuasive presentations. *...
