This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong horticultural knowledge and a passion for quality outdoor work.

Responsibilities * Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials * Performing proper pruning techniques * Managing overall garden and landscape maintenance * Leading and supervising a gardening team * Communicating clearly with crew members to ensure quality and efficiency * Hardscaping experience is a plus but not required

Qualifications * Proven horticulture experience * Strong leadership skills with prior experience supervising a gardening or landscape team * Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and seasonal maintenance * Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role * Reliable, professional, and team-oriented * Valid driver's license required
