Traffic manager - Landscape Construction

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Traffic Manager specializing in Landscape Construction to oversee the safe and efficient movement of construction vehicles and equipment on-site. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate traffic flow, manage heavy equipment operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards to facilitate smooth project progress. Duties

· Track all company-wide tasks, deadlines, and action items

· Monitor internal and external communications to ensure proper follow-up

· Ensure tasks are assigned, acknowledged, and completed on time

· Maintain and update task tracking systems (Asana, Teams Planner, spreadsheets, or similar)

· Identify missing follow-ups, bottlenecks, and incomplete items

· Send reminders and help enforce accountability across departments

· Support Project Managers with administrative coordination (paperwork, sourcing, timesheets, tracking)

· Maintain visibility of priorities across PM, office, and field teams

· Organize and standardize workflow systems across the company

· Act as a central coordination point between departments

· Extremely organized and detail-oriented

· Strong follow-through and accountability mindset

· Comfortable managing high volumes of communication

· Proactive communicator (anticipates needs and follows up consistently)

· Strong critical thinking and ability to identify next steps

· Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
