Typical Day

• Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
• Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, clean work sites, and clean equipment.
• Be responsible for the team and yourself to follow the process for maintaining each property.
• Return to the shop once the route is complete.
• Ensure to clean out trucks each afternoon for efficient job flow.
• Maintain communication with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience required.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in operating lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment.
• Has and is willing to expand horticultural knowledge.
