We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Production Manager specializing in Residential and Commercial Maintenance to lead and optimize our maintenance operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential maintenance projects, ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

• Oversee daily operations of residential & commercial landscaping maintenance teams, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to client specifications.
