Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Skilled Hardscape Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities

• Assist with the layout, excavation, and preparation of sites for hardscape installations using hand tools and power tools
• Operate heavy equipment safely to move materials and prepare work areas efficiently
• Fabricate and install concrete forms, masonry units, and other hardscape components according to schematics and blueprints
• Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, and tile laying to achieve high-quality results
• Support the installation of features such as drainage systems, lighting fixtures, and decorative elements
• Follow safety protocols diligently while handling tools like saws, drills, caulking guns, and other construction equipment
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to ensure precise project execution
• Assist with site inspections, quality control checks, and ensuring adherence to project specifications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on hardscape or masonry projects
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction safety standards
