Duties

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of hardscape projects, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces.
• Develop detailed construction estimates using construction estimating software, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Prepare project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to ensure timely completion of all project phases.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical requirements.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, progress tracking, and communication with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including schedules, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports.
