Seasonal Groundskeeper

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable individual to join our summer grounds team. This physically demanding role involves operating various grounds equipment, including mowers, weed eaters, and other outdoor tools. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and across different locations such as roadside berms, fields, buildings, ponds and other sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Equipment Operation: Safely and effectively operate grounds equipment such

as mowers, weed eaters, and other outdoor hand tools to maintain and manage the grounds.

* General Maintenance: Perform tasks to upkeep and enhance the appearance of

the grounds, including trimming, mowing, and managing vegetation.

• Debris Management: Collect brush and debris and dispose of it properly.
• Work Environment: Adapt to working outdoors in varying weather conditions,

including cold, hot, and wet environments.

* Team Support: Assist in other departments as needed to support overall

operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of handling the physical demands of the role,

including lifting up to 50 pounds and working without back issues.

General Qualifications

Age: Must be sixteen (16) years of age or older. Attendance: Reliable attendance and punctuality.
