We are hiring Full-Time Residential Landscape Professional to maintain lawns and landscaping for dedicated routes in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

* Provide an exceptional customer experience and build positive relationships * Perform daily landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, etc. * Identify landscape needs and recommend improvements * Generate new sales through upselling to existing customers and attracting new customers in the field

Qualifications

* Passion for working in the landscape industry * Self-motivated and driven * Clean driving record and valid driver’s license * Ability to work well with customers and coworkers * Efficient and Detail Oriented * Pruning knowledge and experience is a plus * Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus
