Zoda Solutions is a property maintenance coordination company serving Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island. We coordinate jobs for residential and commercial property owners and we're looking for reliable independent contractors and small crews to handle field work in our service areas.

Requirements

• Reliable and responsive — communication is everything
• Must have own equipment and transportation
• Must serve Brooklyn and/or surrounding NYC areas
• General liability insurance preferred
• Experience in property maintenance or related field

This is an independent contractor position — not an employee role.

You set your own schedule and work on a per job basis.
