Property/Landscape Maintenance

Description

The Property Maintenance will work closely with the Management team in varies projects and upkeep of our locations. Including preventive maintenance, diagnoses of issues, property projects, repairs or part replacements, and upkeep of the facility and its grounds. Lead a team when needed on any projects directed by management.

Requirements

-Use behavior that is always professional in nature

-Working knowledge of tools and repair

-HVAC knowledge and experience preferred

- Perform installations and painting services

- Perform electrical and plumbing repairs

- Knowledge of renovating and refurbishing a commercial building

- Regularly perform maintenance jobs and light repairs to multiple locations.

-General grounds work when required.

-Inspect and diagnose problems around the properties

-Ability to bend, lift, & carry over 30 pounds

e-Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, work promptly and work either independently or in a team.

• Hourly pay will depend on experience
• 12 hours of sick leave when you are hired and another 12 hours after 6 months
• One work week of vacation after a year of employment/ 2-week vacation 5 years/ 3-week vacation over 15 years

Schedule

• Monday to Friday/Saturday
• Weekend availability if needed for a project

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
