Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker (Trash & Community Maintenance)

Lake Linganore Association is seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker to help keep our beautiful community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Compensation

* $20.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Schedule may rotate from time to time based on operational needs.
• Must be available to assist with community events and participate in a rotating weekend schedule for beach cleaning and raking.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash receptacles throughout the community.
• Collect litter and debris from common areas, parks, beaches, and trails.
• Clean and maintain beach areas, including raking and preparing them for resident use.
• Assist with event setup, cleanup, and waste management during community events.
• Monitor common areas and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform other light grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work a rotating weekend schedule and occasional special events.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
