About the Role

Certified Lawns is hiring Outdoor Lawn Care Workers to perform lawn care services and support daily operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and want consistent, full-time work with training provided.

What You’ll Do

* Work outdoors applying lawn care and fertilization treatments. * Complete daily service routes independently. * Learn equipment and processes through training. * Provide reliable service to customers.

What We’re Looking For

* Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company driving requirements. * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. * Reliable and dependable. * Willingness to learn. * Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including physical outdoor work throughout the duration of the shift.

Compensation & Schedule

* $20.00 – $23.00 per hour. * Weekly bonus opportunities available. * Monday–Friday schedule with seasonal Saturdays required. * Year-round position.

Training

No experience required. Paid training and licensing provided.
