Join the team at the largest outdoor shooting range in North Texas! We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment.

As an Outdoor Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the range is well-maintained and ready for daily operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the range grounds.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Clean and maintain each shooting bay.
• Set up and remove shooting areas and range equipment as needed.
• Place and organize targets for current and upcoming shooters.
• Mow grass and perform weed trimming.
• Clean and maintain restroom facilities.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down match stages
• Assist with other general grounds maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, walking, bending, and operating lawn maintenance equipment.
