What You’ll Own & DriveSales & Customer Support* Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-up campaigns * Prepare and send professional proposals * Coordinate and manage multiple Sales Arborist calendars * Deliver exceptional customer service on inbound calls * Build strong customer relationships and confidently process payments * Maintain a clean, accurate CRM database

Operations Support

* Support Sales Arborists with documentation, scheduling, and workflow coordination * Ensure paperwork, permits, and internal processes are completed accurately and efficiently * Monitor call quality and participate in coaching and training sessions

Support the Office and General Managers

* Act as a right-hand support to the OM& GM in daily branch operations * Help track key metrics and ensure operational accountability * Assist in implementing new systems, workflows, and process changes * Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements * Take the lead on rolling out process improvements across the branch
