Job Summary

Our Maintenance & Landscaping Technicians play a critical role in preserving the appearance, safety, and functionality of our stores. This position places a primary focus on landscaping and exterior grounds maintenance, while also supporting day-to-day cosmetic and mechanical repairs across multiple locations. Technicians travel between our sites and are expected to perform work to the highest standard of quality and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform regular landscaping services including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-up Inspect exterior grounds for safety hazards, damage, or deterioration and perform necessary repairs Maintain irrigation systems, inspect for proper operation, and make adjustments or repairs as needed Work with and supervise contracted landscaping vendors to ensure all exterior property standards are consistently met Proactively develop seasonal plans for grounds care and submit recommendations for landscape improvements Perform other duties as necessary General Maintenance (including but not limited to) Facilities maintenance including power washing, painting, cosmetic repairs, HVAC, plumbing and electrical knowledge a plus Equipment calibration, modifications, and repair Diagnose and resolve mechanical, cosmetic, and structural issues Check, repair, and/or replace components such as valves, motors, controls, wiring, fans, pumps, and locks Preventative maintenance of equi...
