*Applicants must have experience with lawn maintenance, snow removal, and equipment; mowing, edging, pruning, etc. Must also have experience operating ride-on-lawn mower, edger, leaf blower, snow blower, plow, etc.* *Please do not apply if you do not have the required experience.*

Duties

• Assists in performing a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled repairs to the school buildings, such as heating, electrical, masonry, pluming, carpentry, painting, and roofing repairs.
• Brings tools and supplies to work area and maintains working tools and equipment. Keeps work area clean and safe.
• Assembles office equipment and furniture when necessary. Moves office/classroom furniture as needed and makes minor repairs to same.
• Sweeps and mops floors, washes walls, empties waste baskets, and removes rubbish.
• Cleans furniture in classrooms and offices, including blackboards and windows.
• Assists in operating a variety of automotive and maintenance equipment.
• Assists in snow removal, planting and maintaining shrubs, trees, and grass.
• Mows lawns, rakes leaves, picks up debris, and performs other ground maintenance work.
• Assists in making, repairing, and maintaining building signs.

Pay: $44,788.00 - $61,162.00 per year
