### The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance / Groundskeeper who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and taking visible pride in a job well done. In this role, you will be a key player in keeping our resort grounds, buildings, and guest areas in excellent condition.

### What You'll Do

• Maintain resort grounds and outdoor spaces so that lawns, roads, and common areas are always neat, clean, and attractive.
• Mow, trim, and weed-eat around sites, roads, and common areas, using equipment safely and keeping it in good working order.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities, and equipment as needs arise.
• Assist with basic construction, painting, plumbing, and electrical tasks under guidance from more experienced team members when needed.
• Keep guest areas, including shared facilities and common spaces, clean, safe, and in good working condition every day.
