Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces at our resort along with assisting in general light maintenance. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and initiative. You will work with various tools and equipment to ensure that all grounds are well-kept and inviting and our guest rooms are in working order.

Duties

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks.
• Maintain beds, shrubs, trees, and other garden features through regular upkeep.
• Assist in landscape design projects as needed, ensuring adherence to aesthetic standards.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger maintenance projects efficiently.

Experience

• Basic Plumbing experience is a plus
• Basic Electrical experience is a plus
• Basic drywall/painting experience is preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
