• Pay: $20–$25/hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM

✅ Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of landscaping experience
• Valid NC or SC driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Assigning daily tasks and guiding crew productivity
• Performing and supervising mowing, planting, edging, and irrigation maintenance
• Training team members on equipment safety and landscaping best practices
• Inspecting completed work to ensure properties meet company standards
• Promoting safe operation of all equipment and company vehicles
