Lawncare Technician/ Groundskeeper

Position Summary

The Lawn Care Technician / Groundskeeper will play a key role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and overall condition of properties managed by GryphClaw Property Management. This position involves lawn care, landscaping, seasonal maintenance, and winter snow removal. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of operating landscaping equipment and company vehicles while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Education & Experience

Required

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping.
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers and landscaping equipment.
• Experience safely pulling and maneuvering a trailer.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no moving violations).
• Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly.

Preferred

• Experience with snow removal equipment.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping best practices.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong time management and reliability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and move up to 50+ pounds.

Frequent standing, bending, climbing, kneeling and use of hand tools and machinery.

Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Travels between multiple properties and job sites.
