Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technician

Always Green of Cape Cod, part of The Joyce Companies, is looking to hire 3-4 Lawn Fertilization & Tree Care Technicians to join our growing team.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Saturdays during peak season as needed
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Overtime available

Responsibilities

• Lawn fertilization applications
• Tree & shrub care
• Aeration, composting, and overseeding
• Disease, grub, and vegetation control
• Mosquito, flea, tick, winter moth, and poison ivy treatments
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate service records
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts driver's license
• Clean driving record and insurable by company insurance provider
• MVR check required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pesticide license and industry experience preferred
• Will train motivated candidates
