Lawn Care Technician Spray / Fertilizer

is hiring a Spray & Fertilizer Technician to run a daily lawn care route delivering fertilization, weed control, and turf health services. This is a full-time, year-round position with paid training, growth opportunities, and a company vehicle.

Pay

$40,000–$55,000 per year *(hourly pay plus production incentives)* Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays during peak season) Type: Full-time | Year-round Location: Oak Mountain / Birmingham area Perks: Company truck & route, paid training, advancement opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and turf treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Run a daily assigned route using a company truck and professional equipment.
• Identify lawn issues and communicate recommendations to customers professionally.
• Accurately document services and treatments using a mobile app.
• Maintain equipment, chemical storage, and truck cleanliness.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced but organized environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors and lifting typical lawn-care equipment.
• Spray/fertilization experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability (or willingness) to obtain and maintain Alabama applicator licensing *(we provide training and support)*.
