Lawn Care Technician/Route Manager

We are TLC, Total Lawn Care, Inc, and we are looking to add Lawn Technicians to our team. We are a locally owned Lawn Care provider of Fertilization and Pest Control management. We have a unique concept and we are leaders in an Organic Approach to soil and turf development. We offer competitive pay and a benefits package. This job requires the individual to be able to push and spray lawns, ride equipment, diagnose turf problems and come up with solutions. This is a year round, full time position. The right individual will be in contact with the customer with a professional attitude and the ability to work in a team environment is required. Being able to load your vehicle with product and a good driving record is required. Please include a resume and/or work history with your response. Bonus and Overtime available.

The right candidate would have

*Ability to lift 50 pound bags

*Have a Valid Drivers License

*Experience in Lawn Care

*Good communication skills

*Basic Math skills

*Ability to work with themselves, solve issues on their own

An exceptional candidate would have

*5 years of experience in the turf industry

*A RT or 3B license

*Mechanical knowledge

*Experience riding Z-Sprayers or Steel Greens, hand spraying, and pushing a spreader

*Experience with RealGreen Software

*Chemistry or Agronomy background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour
