Lawn Care Technician/ Property Manager

Ambrosio Landscape Solutions is a complete landscape company providing exceptional landscape design, construction, and property maintenance services for residential outdoor environments throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Lawn Care Technician/Property Manager. This applicant should have previous experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who can multitask and oversee several landscape properties and landscape jobs that are happening simultaneously who also has or is willing to get, a Pesticide Applicators license for NY and CT. Job duties and qualifications include but are not limited to:

Job Duties Include

• Oversee property maintenance accounts and other landscape projects.
• Create daily work schedules and keeps crews on task.
• Ability to recognize and provide solutions to any property maintenance issues.
• Supervise property maintenance crew.
• Lead contact for clients and property crew members.
• Has knowledge of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
• Has knowledge of safe mechanical operations and calibration of the maintenance equipment.
• Ensures equipment is working properly and crew members are working safely.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previous management/team leader skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable and has a good work ethic.
• Punctual.
• Has basic computer knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s license.
