Lawn Care Technician – Outdoor Route, Weekly Pay

Weed Man Lawn Care in Goddard is hiring a full-time Lawn Care Technician for a fast-paced outdoor route role with consistent weekly pay (every Thursday).

We specialize in fertilization, weed control, and lawn insect services (no mowing or landscaping).

This is a production-based role where you’ll work independently, outdoors, completing a full route of scheduled applications each day.

You’ll be responsible for managing your time, staying on pace, and completing your work without direct supervision.

This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a physically active outdoor environment.

What You’ll Do

• Complete 18 - 35 lawn applications per day (season and route dependent)
• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and lawn insect treatments
• Follow detailed application procedures (no shortcuts)
• Document every service accurately in company system
• Interact professionally with homeowners
• Maintain equipment and vehicle standards

Off-Season

* Includes light neighborhood outreach (no sales closing required) along with training and equipment work.

Pay Structure

Production Pay (In-Season): Top performers earn $22–$26+ per hour equivalent.

Base Pay (Training & Off-Season Duties): $18.00/hour

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• 21+ (insurance requirement)
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, wind, and seasonal conditions
• Able to stay active for a full workday
• Detail-oriented and self-managed
