Were hiring a Lawn Care Technician to deliver premium lawn care, plant health, and pest control services to high-end residential and commercial clients.

This is a full-time, year-round role with winter snow ops work and clear growth opportunities.

### What Youll Do

• Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments
• Perform aeration and deep root fertilizing
• Diagnose turf and plant health issues
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Keep equipment clean and safe

### Must-Haves

• Valid drivers license
• 1+ year lawn/plant health or pest control experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Bonus: Pesticide applicator license, bi-lingual (Spanish)
